The initiative was launched in August in St Stephens Green by TV3's Anna Daly, Model Kate Sheridan and Clare Lewis, aged 9 from Dalkey.
BMD Online is a new, year round on-line charity shop, that allows those of you who don't live near an event to browse and buy beautiful dresses, at reasonable prices, from the comfort of your own home. In addition to the evening wear, daywear and bridal wear that are sold at the events, BMD have branched out and are now including a children's wear section so your little ones don't have to miss out! With debs season fast approaching, why not log onto www.buymydressonline.ie and take a look at out the selection of evening wear. With dresses ranging from brand new to vintage you are guaranteed to look breath-taking on the night.
BMD dresses are great value, most ranging from €10 - €50 and bridal dresses from €50. BMD still need your help and your dress donations! To ensure the continued success of the events, and the online shop, they need dresses to keep coming in! So please tell all your friends, family, work colleagues, and anyone who'll listen, to think of us when its time to spring clean. And don't forget they are now taking children's dresses too, so pack up those dresses that no longer fit. BMD only sell dresses that are in excellent condition, so please ensure donations are of a quality that you yourself would be happy to purchase!
