As an interesting compliment to our Christmas Guide this year, here's what parents are saying - it's unedited, honest and the type of feedback you want if you're going to queue sometimes for over an hour to see the big man!

We visited Santa last year here and again this year. From the time we arrived the three children (aged 5, 6 & 9) we had with us were enthralled, and to be honest so were the adults. The set up is just perfect, from Santas Sleigh for the photo opportunity, Mrs Claus in Santas Kitchen and then the real show stealer, Santa calling for the presents and these arriving down the chimney. This is just a brilliant idea that the children are still talking about. Santa himself was brilliant, taking the time to talk to the children and ask them questions. It made such a change from the Santas we have visited in the past couple of years where you are rushed through even though you may have queued for 1-2 hours. This was another thing which i thought was great about Santa at Timbertrove, becuase you prebook waiting time is not too long for very excited children. I will definitely recommend this to parents of children of all ages, totally disagree with the above comment there again you'd never please some people!!! Great Santa a really nice traditional christmas visit.
Amazing & wonderfull, everyone had a brillant time & we have recommended Santa's Magic wonderland to all our friends, staff lovely, venue amazing, kids & grownups truely enjoyed it, inflatable fun area unbelievable & loved the animated reindeers.

Brilliant from start to finish. the smell as you walked into it of fresh christmas trees was nice, and the staff were more than helpful. best thing iv ever brought the children too.

At first i thought it was expensive but i went anyway, I can honestly say I was delighted my 3 year old and 6 year old loved it it took almost an hour to go around all the different fairytale adventures before finally meeting a very witty Santa Th e price includes A helium Santa balloon A light up toy and a photo which is fairly good value Would recommend it the kids loved it.

From start to finish this whole experience was brilliant. The staff where very friendly and my 3 children loved every aspect of it They especailly love the slide. Well done guys.

Brought my niece to this a few days ago and have to say we really enjoyed it. There are dozens of Christmas trees (love that smell!), really cute characters and she loved the snow and the slide. Am genuinely glad we went for this instead of the usual shopping centre experience!

just ok, bit pricey for what it is and some of the suggestive comments to adults santa said in front of children were very inappropriate
I brought my two kids to this and it was brilliant!!! I have a 4 year old & a 3 month old. MY 4 year old absolutely loved it. There was a snow machine when you walk in the door which really added to the Xmas spirit!! The kids got a free balloon and all the elves etc. couldn't do enough for us!! They really made it a great experience for my kids!! There were real reindeer which was fab :) There's a bouncing castle with slide and all the Xmas tree's/decorations were lovely. Finally at the end, the santa was very good!! Came out from a chimney and spent a few mins talking to my kids and really looked the part with a real beard! The gifts were pound-shop jobs but it really didn't matter as the whole experience was wonderful and the picture turned out lovely to top it off!!! Great value for money & HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!! :)

Visted the North Pole experience on Saturday 5th Dec 09. Have to say we were very disapointed. The lead up to Santa was great and everybody was wonderful with our 2 children until we actually got to visit Santa himself. He was such a let down, did not interact with the children at all, had absolutely nothing to say to them, didn't even ask what the children wanted this year. I would not recommend this venue to anybody, due to the fact Santa was so bad.

Visted the north pole experience Last sunday brought my four children and each and every one of them loved it they had the best time ever. They havent stopped talking about it. The staff were very nice and friendly and couldnt do enough for us,, We had to wait 20 mins but it was well worth the wait and great value for money.The Santa was brilliant he had a real beard he looked the part... Great day had by all Thanks a Million

We visited on Sun 29th, found the staff very disorganised everyone was pushing in front of you. When you did finally get to meet santa you were shoved into a small room with about 20 other kids, no individual time with santa and children where given cheap plastic toys older kids got the same as younger. Gingerbread man was in the worse outfit ever, he looked like he was left in oven too long. Picture taken by staff didnt even have all the kids & santa in it and was blurred. One of the worst Santas I have ever been too would not recommend to anyone

Great credit to all involved, Nicole aged 4 had a great time. Mrs Claus and Santa were fantastic as were all the helpers were so pleasant they made this a special day out for Nicole. Special thank's to all the Elves, They all made Nicole so so happy, GREATWORK BY ALL, WORTH EVERY CENT
